First established in Sacramento, California in 1990. We moved to Florida in 1999. The agency now services all the townships of the Charlotte County, which includes Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, and Englewood. We have extended are services to the surrounding counties of Sarasota, Lee, and Desoto.

In Sarasota county, the cities include Sarasota, Venice, and North Port. The Lee County area includes the towns of Fort Myers, N Fort Myers, and Cape Coral & Pine Island. In Desoto County the town of Arcadia is serviced.
