All of the above companies offer the standardized plans as designed by the NAIC except for United Healthcare Complete.

The United Healthcare Complete is a special federally contracted medical plan that generally duplicates the benefits of medicare, but add preventive care, prescription coverage, limited dental, and limited vision with no premium or minimal premium, depending on the option chosen. A guide to medicare is available at no cost through me or the social security office, published by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.

Many Medicare Part D Plans are now available through my agency on a guarenteed basis for those on medicare.
